Insurance, Authorization, and Cost
We accept most major commercial insurance plans and are a TRICARE-authorized provider. Before you start TMS or SPRAVATO® our team verifies your benefits and submits the prior authorization; ketamine therapy is generally self-pay.
How authorization works — Plans typically require documentation of a major depressive disorder diagnosis, prior antidepressant trials, and a current symptom score. We collect this at your evaluation and submit it for you.
What you pay — Your cost depends on your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. We give you an estimate before treatment starts.
Self-pay — Self-pay rates are available for evaluations, TMS, and ketamine therapy; ask at your consultation.
